Boyd Ruby, President
Retired firefighter and general contractor, Boyd Ruby is one of the founding members of Columbia County Habitat for Humanity. Boyd has stepped in to provide leadership at critical times since the founding of the affiliate and is generally considered its guardian angel.
Mike Stone, Vice President
Owner of Stone Builders, Mike Stone serves as our Vice President and coordinates all of our building projects, manages all of our construction materials, supervises all construction activities and maintains all of our affiliate vehicles. He is also the affiliate MRI.
Mark Krutzer, Treasurer
A retired firefighter and avid volunteer, Mark previously has served as a Board member for Rainier Rural Fire District, Columbia River Fire and Rescue, Oregon Fire District Directors Association and the National Association of Elected Fire Officials.
Peggy Helgerson, Secretary
A retired RN and former advocate for a partner family, Peggy Helgerson is an active Habitat for Humanity volunteer and serves as Family Support.
Randy Dixon had an extensive career in nursing and has worked as an advocate at CASA and currently assists as a CERT member for local events. She also serves on the Family Selection committee at CCHFH.
Don Johnson is a Certified Distressed Property Expert and a Certified Residential Specialist. He is both Five Star REO Certified and Five Star Short Sale Certified. He works with both site selection, land development and property preservation.
A real estate agent with Windemere and former small business owner, Michelle Langdon serves on the Family Selection committee.
Retired from a long career in banking, Richard Smith is now an active Habitat for Humanity volunteer and serves on our Family Selection committee.
